Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes

Found this awesome recipe online and these came out great!
Dry Ingredients:
⅔ Cup all purpose flour
¾ Cup sugar
2 Teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
¼ Teaspoon salt
¼ Teaspoon baking powder
¼ Teaspoon baking soda
Wet Ingredients:
15oz can pumpkin
2 Large eggs
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract 
¾ Cup evaporated milk

Whipped cream

Combine the wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls, mix in dry ingredients until fully combined. Line your cupcake pan with foil liners (I also sprayed with non-stick cooking spray). Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Let cool, then chill in refrigerator. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon.
